Refunds are not applicable for general returns. However, in rare cases such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will review your case and may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If your order is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim quickly, send us:

• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
• A short description of the issue

If approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.

Unfortunately, refunds are not applicable if the incorrect address was provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

If a replacement is not available, we may issue a store credit voucher or refund as an alternative.
